As a worship and a praise team we are very, very, good.
A few short steps from greatness, of us being where we should.
It’s time to pull together as we beat up on the devil.
And take this music ministry to reach its highest level.
It will take each one’s commitment, to achieve this greatness dream.
I know that we can do it! We’re an awesome worship team.
It’s all about our thinking and believing we can do it.
Then following our leadership and getting right down to it.
As representatives of God it’s what he’s called us for.
We’re giving God good effort yet we need to give him more.
Look at what he gave to us. His one and only son.
We need to dedicate ourselves, to greatness—every one.
That means arriving, right on time for practice and for service.
Fired up for serving God, the way he does deserve us.
Goodness is our enemy! Greatness is our goal.
Let’s give to God our very best—our talents and our soul.
Let’s keep our thinking positive, so much that we are glowing.
Let’s show the congregation how apparently we’re growing.
Let’s glorify the King of Kings and magnify his name.
Like Pastor says, take pictures, we’re not going to be the same.
Engrave the thought of greatness in each aspect that you live.
Let’s give this music ministry the best we’ve got to give.
That means consistent practice, to achieve our very best.
Greatness don’t come easy! It leaves little time for rest.
Remember we are leading, all our members and our Pastor.
All the reason more we need to reach this greatness faster.
Uncompromising dedication. Let’s not hesitate.
God has made it clear to us. He wants to make us great.
Dear Father, please touch every heart, the way that you touched mine.
Thank you for our talents. Help us now to cross the line.
To go from good to great to see your excellence revealed.
Please take us Lord to greatness that our goodness might be healed.
