When it comes to him leading the choir,
It is Alvin that keeps us in sync.
If you heard us, in practice, you’d realize,
how his job is more hard than you’d think.

Not only does he keep us together,
He’s precise and he leads with effect.
I think it’d be fair in me saying,
He has earned this whole choir’s respect.

As the man who will Pastor our children,
we each one will agree and attest,
that Alvin’s the man who’s most fitting.
We are sure he will give this his best.

This job that God’s laying before him
Is as special as ministering gets.
When you fill children’s hearts with God’s spirit and love,
chances are you will have few regrets.

To Alvin: “Congrats” are in order.

We’ve no doubt you will, truly, excel.

We ask God, please continue to bless you,
That he use you the way he sees fitting.
