In Honoring Your Brother
Regarding the unexpected death of our Associate Pastor’s brother. Pray strength and peace throughout his friends and family
I’m so very, very sorry,
for your brother, Pastor Norm.
He was the kindest gentleman!
Sincere—so truly warm!
The fact God chose to take him home,
has puzzled me, my friend.
His life, it just has started,
though, to us, it came to end.
I pray God strengthen all of you,
who suffer this ordeal.
I just cannot imagine,
how it is that you all feel.
Your brother was always kind to me,
in case you didn’t know.
God took a precious man from us.
We have to let him go!
I know it’s hard accepting that.
Ron was a special man.
Which only goes to tell me that,
God had a special plan.
The good that you could speak of him
would make an endless list.
I know I speak for all the Church!
He truly will be missed!
I’m honored to have known him
for as little as I did.
He always had a smile for me!
I seldom found it hid.
My deepest pain and most regret
(while closing out this letter)!
Is that I didn’t take the time
to get to know him better.
